You will work for a leading voluntary sector, non-profit making organisation that provides professional advice on housing in Northern Ireland and solutions for people who find themselves in housing difficulties. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience to enhance your academic learning. Our Floating Support Service provides support to service users who are, or who have been experiencing housing difficulties and related issues.

Your New Role at First Housing
You will work as part of a team providing support to homeless individuals who are currently living in temporary accommodation or are identified as chronic homeless, in particular those with challenging behaviour, substance misuse issues, mental health issues and those at risk of offending behaviour within the Western Health & Social Care Trust area.

Minimum Criteria (a Full Job Description and Personnel Specification is available in the Candidate Information Pack, found below)

• Minimum of three GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
• A relevant recognised qualification in health and social care or related field (Minimum NVQ level II or equivalent)
• Some relevant experience is required
• IT skills
